Rider Account Setup
STEP 1: Select your Account Type as Rider
STEP 2: Setup Rider Account
STEP3: Email verification sent to your Email Account. Click Activation email to activate your
account.
STEP 4: Once Logged In, go to Profile page and complete your Profile and complete ID Verification (you need valid State Issued ID to complete this step).
STEP 5: Once ID is verified and Profile is Approved, go to Active Trips where you can search your next trip.
STEP 6: To Reserve a trip you can select the trip and Hit Book Now. It will open a popup where you can select a seat/seats select stating point and destination of your trip. Make a payment and complete trip reservation.
STEP 4: Once Logged In, go to Profile page and complete your Profile and complete ID Verification (you need valid State Issued ID to complete this step).
STEP 5: Once ID is verified and Profile is Approved, go to Active Trips where you can search your next trip.

STEP 7: Once trip is booked successfully, you can see your trip in your profile under My Ride Trips.
