Waiver and Release of Liability for Hosts
The Host hereby understands that by participating in the car-pooling services offered through Gethooptie, I may be exposed to various risks, including but not limited to, the potential for personal injury or property damage. I acknowledge that these risks may be inherent in the car pooling services and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge and understanding of the potential dangers involved.
Waiver of Liability: I hereby fully release, discharge and hold harmless the Gethooptie, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my participation in the car-Pooling services offered through the Gethooptie App including but not limited to incidents of theft, robbery, crime, accident, injury, or exposure to harmful substances, including drugs. Host will verify with his insurance carrier that they have provided Get Hooptie with this waiver/release.
Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that my participation in the car-pooling services offered through the App is completely voluntary and that I am assuming all risks associated with such participation, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury or property damage. I further understand that I am solely responsible for the safety and security of myself, my passengers and my property while participating in the car-Pooling services offered through the Gethooptie App. By clicking on accept, I acknowledge that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, and assigns.
Waiver and Release of Liability for Riders
I, the signing, acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participating in the car-pooling services offered through the Gethooptie App. I understand that these risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury or property damage.
In consideration of being permitted to use the car-pooling services offered through the Gethooptie App, I hereby agree to fully release, discharge, and hold harmless the App and Get Hooptie, Inc., including, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to my participation in the car-pooling services offered through the Gethooptie App incidents of theft, robbery, crime, accident, injury, or exposure to harmful substances, including drugs.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the car-pooling services offered through the Gethooptie App and accept full responsibility for the safety and security of myself and my property while participating in such services. I acknowledge that this waiver of liability and assumption of risk is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, and assigns.
